Rudzani Security Force and Academic provides security guarding, security training and PSIRA support services in South Africa. This policy explains how we handle your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
When you contact us or use our services we may collect your name, ID number, phone number, email address, training records and the details needed to complete PSIRA processes.
We use your information to reply to enquiries, register and book PSIRA services on your behalf, run training and provide guarding services. We do not sell your information.
We share information with PSIRA and other authorities only where needed to complete a service you asked for, or where the law requires it.
